Potential Reasons Your Order Hasn't Shipped Yet:

1. The main reason your order has likely not shipped yet is because it was just purchased within the last few days. All of the products offered by The Urban Flair are hand-curated/designed and then made to order. Running a "made to order" business is one of the small ways that I try to do my part in protecting our planet. Operating this way is more sustainable, as it keeps The Urban Flair's waste level low and your satisfaction level highMost orders are ready to ship in 7 business days or less. Inevitably this estimate is subject to vary by the factors discussed below. 

2. Another reason your order might not have shipped yet is because it's a busy season. Specifically, the Holidays (November & December) produce higher order volumes and in turn, slightly longer fulfillment times.

3. If your order was placed around a product launch/release, it's likely that the demand for the new model is super high, resulting in a slightly longer processing time.

4. Running a "made to order" business (as wonderful as it is for the environment!) can be a little unpredictable at times. In rare cases, I might be expericing stock/supply-related issues/shortages. I always do my very best to maintain and gauge these things but... things happen. In the event that I am experiencing any issues related my stock or supply levels, I always communicate these things to you as quickly as I physically can and provide you with an optimal solution.


To conclude, I am always monitoring ALL orders closely and chances are your order has NOT been forgotten. In extremely rare cases (in the event that I am facing any of the above) orders CAN take up to 10 business days. If your order was placed over 10 business days ago, please do feel free to send me a kind message and check in! Otherwise, I really appreciate your patience and understanding! Less time responding to inquiries about order status = more time for amazing new designs!
