I am speaking for US orders/USPS predominately when I say that it is not uncommon for orders to be in a "pre-transit/pre-shipment" stage from anywhere between 24-72 hours after being handed off to them. If your tracking has not updated and 72 hours (or 3 business days) have passed, please get in touch with me so I can investigate this for you! In some cases, I have literally witnessed orders go from these "Pre-Transit" stages straight to "Delivered" with no scans in between. All hope is not always lost!
If your order stops tracking or it seems that things are stuck, try to be patient and give it a couple of days! Weather and other unforeseen circumstances can sometimes cause shipping/tracking delays. Still, COVID is a huge reason behind shipping/tracking delays globally. If it has been more than a week (or 7 full business days) and things still don’t seem to be moving, you are welcome to submit a new ticket and together, we can decide on our next steps!
Thank you so much for your patience and understanding!
