Because my printing partners and I strive to get your order processed, fulfilled and shipped out to you as quickly as possible, it is very difficult (& sometimes not possible) for me to change order details once they are submitted.
I will always do my best to accommodate if necessary, but unfortunately cannot make any promises.
Once an order has tracking information, there is no way for me to make any address/order changes. Any adjustments or rerouting after the point of the tracking information being submitted will need to be made at the Post Office level.
To prevent the need for an address change, please double check the details of your order before submitting! If a package is returned for any address issues, you will need to cover the cost of a new shipping label. Thanks for understanding!
