TLDR: With the exception of anything that arrives damaged or defective, I do not accept returns at this time. Your item(s) were made for you specifically and I do not warehouse or have space for excess inventory. Thanks for understanding!

With that being said, however, I am happy to work out an exchange with you, so long as:

  • Your order did not contain personalized/custom items
  • You contact me within 3 days of delivery
  • And you ship your item(s) back within 7 days following approval of exchange

If an item(s) has arrived defective or damaged, please submit a new ticket ASAP and include any photo(s) of the issue(s)!
