Because my printing partners and I strive to get your order processed, fulfilled and shipped out to you as quickly as possible, it is very difficult (and often times not possible) for us to cancel the fulfillment process once an order is submitted.
If your order was placed 1-3 hours prior, you are welcome to submit a new ticket and I will do my best to accommodate, but cannot make any promises.
With that being said, I am not able to cancel/adjust orders once they are in the process of fulfillment or shipped. Thanks for understanding!
